Its hard to go crazy we do sales, plus i work with mainly family or hot older women- better then it seems. To each is own though, there is plenty of jobs out there your right, not making 60k at 25y/o no college degree.

I disagree...I do real estate and have no license, not a broker or agent. I've made 60k this yr already.. had to split it with my partner..but the money was made.

I collect 1-3% of the asking price of the property. And this is something I do on the side..on my lunch break.

Point is..you can def do 60 a yr with no degree.

Word, I push a rig in state delivering to Mickey D's, 78 grand a year n haven't even completed 3 years yet...I also own 4 cribs 3 r rentals n have flipped 2 in my young career, bout to start wholesaling the fuck outta properties...
