damn i wish i knew this earlier cuz i went in the GNC store the other day but didnt know what to get. cuz i got a decent body but i want more muscle mass. but also want to be in a good target weight like 165. Im 174lbs now so yeah im ok wit it. maybe i'll buy all these things when i move into my apartment in the next few months but do you have any sites that says more info about supplements and what it can benefit for you?
