Wordz: whats up dude, hitting you up to get into your head real quick and see what you thinking going into the FL Champ match?
PG: Honestly, I'm laughing at the fact letterman gets to get so close to an achievement & fail once again. It gives me a reason to write for him, we have only battled once in the GG Finals and you know how that turned out, so if I'm better in less time imagine in more time?
Wordz: Are you planning to go full personal, metaphors, wordplay?? whats your game plan man?
PG: Never really have a gameplan, basically it's wether I'm focused or being lazy but things might get a little personal.
Wordz: You beat Knowp pretty easily without any issues, others have tried and failed but you made it look easy. Is this just a window for things to come or do you expect some opposition coming from Letterman?
PG:Before I took a break I got lazy, since I've been back I've taken less battles to keep more focus. Take into account I battled 60x in two months here at RB with all the tournies and events. As for KnowP my only down fall was I read his verse before posting & I apologize to the voters for that since they are the ones who suffered. Letterman yes he is better then knowp but it's still letterman aka cbjkd or w/e the fuck.
Wordz: Whats Lettermans weakness..?
PG: This could take awhile, he has many. His main weaknesses though are creativity & clutch, he's had many opportunities but always fell short, I wish him luck & hope the gods are on his side.
Wordz: Any last words for your opponent before the battle?

Letterman: It should be a good battle because we're both capable of dropping dope. I've been wanting to battle PG anyway.

Letterman: Well you know I kinda proclaimed myself as the Wordplay Wizard a while back, but I've been trying not to make wordplay the main aspect of my verses. So I'll try to bring a little of everything this battle.
Wordz: This is honestly the first time Ive seen you in a champ match since Ive been back, Do you feel like you HAVE to bring this one home or are we going to see Letterman let this one slip by?
Letterman: I'm really gonna try and capture this title, just for the validation. A lot of people like to bring up my lack of accomplishments but forget about the fact that I never really went after accomplishments on here.
Wordz: Whats packed graves weakness..?
Letterman: I don't think PG has a weakness, but at the same time, I know that he can be defeated. He's beaten me twice in GG but that's only because I'm not that great a keystyling.
Wordz: Any last words for your opponent before the battle?
Letterman: I gotta warn PG, don't sleep. He's been making comments about the battle and he's either overly confident or overly cocky. He better change that quick because I'm not the one to take lightly.

AGAIN, "cuz" wasn't needed, IMO. I liked this bar, tho. Great use of word play and the execution was smooth, even tho this was an older reference that I've seen flipped a few times. I think your execution was nice as well as the setup kind of went right along side of the concept/punch.

It proper english, this should have read as; "We was just hoping that your mother would ship you back.........." yada yada blah blah. This had potential to be dope, actually. Your wording and route of execution killed it tho. This could have been a haymaker, IMO.
OVERALL: I'd have to say, both seem like they applied themselves here. So I don't want to see in the chat that either of you did not because it's bullshit. A pretty decent battle. I think Letterman's flaw is poor route's on his executions. I think his concepts are solid, but you gets lazy on properly executing them. I think if he were to spend a little more time and flip the concept a few times in more of a harsher manner, he'd be a solid battler. For an example, his closer. That shit could have been soooo dope, if he had flipped it differently, but he took the easy route and tried to keep it as basic and simple as possible. So to me, he sacrificed the potential of the concept for wording. PG's hit or miss. Sometimes he's on and some times he's off. Definitely not a consistent battler. In this verse, I'd say he was in between the lines here. He had some cool bars, nothing real dope but some solid concepts in which like I said about Letterman, he took the easy way out. Bar for bar due to consistency, I'd have to edge this shit too PG, because I felt his punches were just a tad bit better and his misses were better. He just seemed to be a little more consistent to me. Letterman's 1st 2 bars were terrible but picked it up and then towards the end kind of fell off again as oppose to PG's consistency, nothing too bad was dropped on his end. Overall, solid battle IMO but I'd say I give the edge to PG...

Decentbattle guys. I've got PG taking this with 7 quotes to 4 (PG had 2 jabs and Lett had 1 jab. So it could be 5-3 if I didn't include jabs). Letterman I think you have some solid material, but you lose momentum and get lazy while ur writing, u can tell. You know some of those lines aren't solid, and could have been at leasst reworded if not swopped for a different bar completely. You can't give any leniency in quality of ur punches when going up against someone of PG's caliber. Letterman's lack of focus is gonna cost him the dub here I believe. Good battle tho props to both.

Opener was cool, kinda bland but the personal made it. Liked the lion king personal wordplay. I thought manifold was nice but didn't like your set up. Dead lift greedy was cool but again I don't like the set up. Crack under pressure I wasn't feelin, odd ways concept was cool but this bar fell short for me. Wording fucked it up. Man ya raise was nice. Set up worked everything clicked. Box bar was wack for me... Maybe I'm missing something. Letter size had potential, wasn't working for me though. Your closer was nice.
