The land is cold under these paws..
as I seek for something to chew between these jaws..

The Wolf..
The suns grows as my stomach growls as loud as my mouth
What doesn't show is the prey I'm so willingly seeking out.
Hunger is what thunders the stomach as I walk my route
and stumble upon prey. Crouching down to Pounce.
Upon a animal with a bounce. It'll do for now.
So I'll wait for the shade that's produced by clouds.

The Lion.
The Sun fades realizing I havent ate in days.
Sniffing out the footprint's freshly from the other way.
While noticing a deathly decay. As the winds sway.
I stumble upon a wolf. Feasting on it's prey.
So I assume the postion to leap upon it's inferior weight.
After I do...I began to chew upon flesh the rest deteriorates.

The Eagle...
The sun rise helps my eyes. as I fly the sky .
searching for food If I don't eat I will die.
Though I'm not serching for kills just another meal.
As I feast upon what's left in the right of fields.
Where the righteous yeilds. and holds a halt.
My mouth greats the dead meat which was held in claws.


The Filling Is Mutual
We've all hunger'd. yet the lengthened process wanders.
Will I eat today or tommorrow doesn't heal my quanders.
As the beast beneath the pine tress wonder.
thoughts of feasting each other to delete my hunger.
Impeach my younger. of their duties done rudely
but here we kill to live and I state that truely.........

Yo Ntalek, this was nice, had Twixn been able to show, the match would've been dope. I think that you came with a simple story for that picture, but you brought in an imagery element that surpassed the simplicity. The content was solid and the message was polished enough to where it wasn't like, "OMG OBVIOUS!" and overall, I think you did a nice job, word choice was good. Keep it up man, nice job!

hahha, it's been a LONG time since I've read a good piece about animals... I remember putting that picture in the topics list hoping someone would run with it... sorry it took me a while on feed i been working on setting up SS and the mag and other shit but I noticed this actually is the one you linked to me to, I read it the other day and I enjoyed it a lot..

Some of the schemes are sorta basic and the typos are bothersome, but no matter what, the content is great, the three different animals just kind of going about the same goal a different way, I liked the interaction between the stories and how you ended it...

^^^That, too, kind of saying he isn't killing to kill, he is just killing because he has to if he wants to live... overall it was nice, man, I wrote a piece about animals a long time ago in an SS champ match and won with it vs Nique I think it was, it was a lot of fun writing it because I know quite a bit about animals from the countless hours of animal planet and discovery channel.

Good shit, dogg, good luck in ur match vs Elemental this week, I thought his verse was a let-down from when he apparently peaked last week.

damn i must say, i have never read a piece on animals but after this, I don' think they could keep up. I have to say that the Lion though, was my favorite of your stanzas. Maybe its cuz he's my favorite animanl. lol. No but seriously you basically said what was needed to be said about the each of them with a dope flow and choice of words that fit each animals purpose into what seems like a single sentence. Dope imagery that kept this piece intact bro. great job overall man, really fun read for me here. Good luck in SS, you won't need it if you keep up these types of pieces...
