Stagenames
Hey this was inspired by the word "stagenames" cos 9 out of 10 of us got one so enjoy me and whip Peace
[Whiplash]
I gotta say, I gotta pity people who gotta stage their name,
And I gotta respect people like Obie, who aren't hidin' from the controversy and fame,
And I know that when I release my shit, I'm gonna bare all for the game,
'Cause all you have is you in the end, yourself is all you got,
If time is linear, then not everything lasts from dot to dot,
So, you gotta stay consistently true to yourself,
Lie to others, cheat and steal, but let yourself share in the wealth,
Trying to bullshit yourself is bad for your mental health,
And bullshittin' the public during yo' shot at fame is only gonna get you put on the shelf,
You gotta be shockingly truthful, do it hard, uncensored and quick,
Like me rippin' off my pants and showin' the ladies how big is my dick,
It's larger than life the way you bargin' out right, outta the picture like a bad shot,
Hit ya like a bad thought, 'cause that is what you got,
When the game is up, this name'll be stuck, into the minds of all you fans,
Throwin' ya heads back, chantin' my name and raisin' yo hands,
An' I'll raze the lands, 'til nothin' stands, to start my own empire,
Oppress the majority, treasure the minority, and start an eternal fire,
Of the human race, I'll be the main disgrace, but by me they will all be inspired,
To maim, to kill, to be like, to please with the most adept tongues,
But they'll all be brought up with the concept, that only I can be labelled number one.
[Vendetta]
I've got myself a stagename and I live by it,
And say it in my mind before I rip my shit,
And hit the ridge, the wall of my mind,
And all that I find is personas left behind,
Rewind, I'm on a quest to perfect my flow,
And you already know it's not about the dough,
It's more than that, more than rap,
It's inciting your crowd into a soul clap,
It's about getting the dancers to pop, lock, snap,
We took this all the way from the A-track,
Showin' other motherfuckers what the fuck they lack.
V is for versectomy, that's for anyone checkin' me
Perplexin' these fools talkin' 'bout Ice and weed,
'Cause if you ask me this game's in need,
For someone to propel it to the heights indeed,
Envied, is what it's like when they're rockin' Leeds,
While you're in the back of your car lettin' the lord hear your pleas,
Waitin' for a saviour rollin on a white steed,
The one that took and used the drive to succeed.

most of these rhymes seem uncreative even basic and played. flow has no rythym structure or format to it. so its off the map to be followed.......... vocab is shabby and not elevated as a poetic rap piece should be...... a lot of lines diddnt make sense to me like they wasnt thought out at all. i mean i can make waaay more sense just spittin a quick free style...........well that was the first verse and i wasnt feelin it at all. brought no meaning or purpose to the light
the second couple of verse at least had some flow and format. but all in all was talking basic played out bullshit. rhymes was about on the same level as humpty dumpty sat on the wall type ish. so yeah elevate the rhymes. and the concept. find something proper to spit about
aiite .....
