OK, since you are new I;ll give you a break.
The mine minimum is 16 for OM. In music in hiphop in general any collab type verse is going to be a standard 16, so we try to keep our OM writters on a 16 line mindset.
Don't let those who come in and claim 16 lines is 8 bars mislead you because that is complete bullshit. Two lines is not a bar, it can be dependant upon the musical measure it was written to. A bar is a direct relation to how much you can spit in one measure of msuic. So don;t let the moron confuse you, trust em they will try.
Next, you need to dig deeper and try to completle stories within a verse, paint better pictures through your words for the reader. Remember to read and follow all the rules and you should be cool...
