is it peace or war,it hard to choose
mind switchin,confusion, it's like i don't wanna lose
bring memories back from when 9/11 happened
sad familys cryin,plus the US sadden
terriorist attacks happen everyday,soldiers clapsin
shells meet skin,blood flow starts kickin in rapid
we can't have peace cause everyday it's a struggle
either it's hate crimes,gang violence, or black on black troubles
i look to the future,but it's like a solar eclipse
blinded by a black spot,no light to follow or shit

rap beef is gettin crazy,but whites say it's just cause we black
thangs don't go smooth,Martin had a dream too
nostradomus even prodicted the trade centers will fall through
car bombings being done in iraq,even london was hit
it's like we about war and forgettin about peace and shit
what about the school shootings,they still goin on
and what about lil babies gettin killed in their own homes
it's like it's hard to explain,peace or war run through the brain
slow thoughts,sittin here thinkin.....will the world be the same?
