Poetry Here's To You

Poetry
I write at least one of you everyday
But you don’t know me
I study your every move for hours
I know you inside and out
Or at least I think I do
But you really don’t have a certain emotion
Poets pawn off there problems and grievances on you
And you have no choice but to take it
A poet’s choice of words in poetic form
Only highlights his ability
With no acknowledgment like you were strangers
Fame and fortune
Torture those who speak your words
Emotional trapped within you cell of confusion
Grasping life and the opportunity
To fully feel poetry in motion
You help the writer vent anything
No matter the subject
A poet will tell you his darkest secrets
Even the ones he or she’s afraid
To tell there friends
It’s tough knowing you know my whole life
And all its struggle
But still you never pass judgment
I thank you for that
Your helping me become a Def Poet
And I owe you the world
I will never be able to give you anything
But my heart and all the emotion in it
You helped define me as a person
And I want to thank you for helping me
Through every time in my life
And actually caring about it

Really good poem. I enjoy how you are one of few writers who realize that simplicity is the most complex way of expressionism. I wasn't bothered by any ridiculously long words used out of context, or a terrible amount of grammatical errors. You kept this an honest poem, and just let it come out freely. That shows your passion for poetry. Keep writing.
