Last Night

Lost in the silence...
...Unwillingly ready to embrace the violence.
Sirens on standby...
Magpies crying as the frightened pawns pass by,
Blind to this deafening sound of fear...
War looms...
It caresses and threatens my ears,
It appears that these tears will rip through the pores mindlessly,
But on a night like this, they'll fall and hit the floor silently.
Simultaneously we'll cry, finally famous for the night...
Heroes on there way to heaven, Heroes on there way to fight...

Tonight

The quietest night... The wildest day...
The sun sets to shine bright, but then hides away.
Lost in the gaze of the quiet moon,
Vaguely escaping this riot, my doom.
Consumed in the hush that has fell all around,
Shaking like a leaf, quivering to the ground.
My teeth that chatter batter the silence to infinity,
A metaphor for what matters, my silent misery.
The cold whispers blister me,
Distant ghostly chatterings of the night come visit me.
Im lost in this infamy... This infantry... This destiny.
I listen to the sounds of the night hesitantly.
Its quietness questions me, deafens me, pesters me.
Helps me, hides me, guides me, blesses me.
Im lost in the cold of the quietest night...
Shivers embrace but silence takes hold, Im alright....
Im not fit to fight tonight, but my ears will carry on intently...
Right now Im happy to die... Death on the quietest of nights...
My destiny.

The night unleashes its grim power,
Its thunder increases over this dim hour,
Releases a shower of flames and shells,
Sin to devour&tower a mountain of names in hell…

I lay within the ruins of humanity,
Trapped in a bouquet of inanity,
Astray…I decay in the insanity of screams and cries,
Prays fill the skies as an array of cold metal kills my eyes…
The world is disguised…
The chilling notes of the artillery fire are killing me,
Concealed in me, fear shivers my veins,thrilling me,
Rivers of blood over the crimson plains,
Ares reigns over the fever of the war.
I’m in chains…
Trying to dig a hole
torn nails bleed away from my fingers,
Helpless before the hardcore orchestra of death
my mind lingers in vain,
Stains from the ancestral bane from Seth triggers me pain
down on the cold ground;
With slain breath I remain caught in the sound of
the fading metal rain,
As silence starts to unfold around .. degrading gentle into the
quietest night again…

I lay in the dirt…
In the smell of scorched earth and a sound so inert…
…Hurt…
…Blind…
In my mind,
A cascade of nothing echoes in delight,
As I lay…Betrayed by the quietest night…

Whoa... Both of you using your new styles gave an excellent effect. I enjoyed this piece. The vocabulary was strikingly original and good... The content was flawless... K9 your verse was particularly good. Issue you wrote very well as usual, however, I felt that K9 outdid his usual work here. I felt it could've been divided and perhaps layed out a little differently, but that's no big problem.

I would say more but I'm in a bad mood and I'm tired lol... Nice piece, both of you... If you could leave feedback on "A Day at the Park" in my sig I'd appreciate it.

this was dope... i liked the all around imagery that was
carried through this from the start to the beginning...
mutha fuckin ill.. the structure could use some work tho...
while reading i had a little bit of trouble trying to flow
with this because of the lines...some were bigger than the other
but maybe thats how it is supposed to be..
