Empty echoes flood these bleeding walls
Parades of unknown sound scattered about
Am i losing my under-developed mind?
Haunting ghost from a distant sphere
I hear them whispering eagerly....
I wonder what they are talking about...
Curious, my eyes twinkle with wonderment
Desperately trying to see shadows in the dark
My thoughts slow to her graceful rhythm
The pitter patter of her melodic beat'
I sing along, mesmerized by two notes
strumming at every string in her heart
Humming along to her every breath
Loneliness is a new pain, i can't shake
I wonder what she looks like...
Her eyes, deep as this warm ocean?
Will the world outside be so warm?
A land filled with mumbling ghost
I know when the air is bitter and cold
I can always look in her eyes
And find those warm waters again
